Banana Sushi (without the rice)

This is another healthy, fun to prepare and favorite recipe among preschool and school-aged children.

Directions

  1. Peel bananas.
  2. Spread nut butter or seed butter over the top half of each banana.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  4. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve.

  • Bananas are a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin B6.
  • Coconut is highly nutritious, rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
